second benchmark

 today we took our second benchmark for this semester. I was so surprised that we had to take another benchmark before we took the final. I had to take the benchmark test fast because my computer was dead and I had nowhere to charge it. the test wasn't that hard but I really didn't want to do the writing section of the test that required me to write a paragraph. today was cool but tomorrow is going to be a better day I hope.

Newsela assignment

 Today we start on the same assignment, however, we moved it to Newsela. We had to read the passage in class, and also answer questions while we read. The story was really shocking because the woman had a guy come over . And the community thought they were having intercourse However, the woman poison, the man with arsenic, and she would sleep with his dead body. I feel like the woman only did this, because that’s what she did with her father’s body when he died, and she felt lonely so she wanted someone else to lay down with.

origin myth project

today we took an origin myth test that was alright. i had to read a story then analyse what was happening and answer four questions. i got three out of four right, which means i got a 75%, however we still have this project that will bring up my grade. i made an origin myth that includes a deity and six tyrants. however four of the six betrayed the deity and were punished for their actions.
